3. Eligibility to Use Our Services
To make a pawn loan, sell items, or purchase firearms, you must:

- Be legally able to enter into a contract.

4. Pawn Loans and Purchasing Personal Property
All pawn loans and purchases follow the California Pawn Act and BPC §21600–21667. This includes:
Loan Terms
- Loan period, interest rates, storage fees, and charges follow California law and are disclosed on your pawn ticket.
- You receive a written contract for every transaction.
- Items not redeemed within the statutory period may be sold as allowed under California law.
- You may extend or renew loans as permitted by statute.
Reporting Requirements
We report required transaction information to law enforcement as required by California law, including—but not limited to—property descriptions, serial numbers, and seller/pawner information.
5. Firearms Transactions
We follow all ATF rules, California firearm laws, and federal regulations including:
Background Checks
- Firearm buyers must complete ATF Form 4473.
- We conduct background checks through NICS and California DOJ.
- Firearms cannot be transferred until all waiting periods and approvals are complete.
Denials and Holds
If the government places a delay or denial on your background check, we must follow that determination. No exceptions.
Storage, Handling, and Safety
- Firearms left for repair or consignment follow federal acquisition/disposition rules.
- Firearms must be picked up by the same person who initiated the transaction.
- We may refuse service to anyone who appears unsafe or noncompliant.
6. IRS Form 8300 Reporting
Federal law requires us to file IRS Form 8300 for cash transactions totaling $10,000 or more, whether in a single transaction or in related transactions. We must collect additional identifying information from customers involved in reportable transactions.
7. Jewelry Services
Jewelry repairs, appraisals, cleaning, and custom work follow agreed-upon written instructions. We are not responsible for underlying flaws or pre-existing conditions in stones, metals, or settings.
