FOR ALL TRANSFERS:

We will contact you as soon as we are ready to DROS your firearm. We need time to log in firearms and complete our inbound bookkeeping before we can process transfer. You will be turned away if you do not make an appointment.

DROS and paperwork cannot be started until the firearm(s) arrive. Also DROS fees will not be charged until you come to our shop to fill out the paperwork.

The sending / transferring FFL or Private Party needs to contact us directly, and coordinate with us directly. We will only give out our FFL license to another FFL dealer.

An itemized purchase invoice must be sent with your transfer for CA state tax purposes.

**If we receive a firearm without the California shipment approval letter the firearm cannot be accepted until a letter is received.

Any long gun being transferred, MUST be in compliance with California and Federal Firearms Laws prior to being DROS’D.

For all handgun transfers, the buyer needs to make sure that the firearm you are buying is listed on the CA DOJ handgun roster by exact model number, color and that the caliber and barrel lengths match the descriptions on the certified list. If the handgun is not on the list, we are not able to run the CA DROS, and you will be charged return shipping.

Sales Tax will be collected on all FFL to FFL transfers (In State or Out of State Transfers).  If the dealer is located in California, and has collected, and shows proof of charging/collecting CA Sales Tax for the firearm then we will not need to collect the sales tax.

The buyer on the invoice must be the same person taking ownership of the firearm.  You must bring all necessary forms of approved Identification to fulfill both California and Federal requirements to register/DROS, and to pick up the firearm.  You must also have and present your California Drivers License or Legal and Acceptable forms of ID before we can release any firearm(s).

All information provided by the customer must be 100% accurate and truthful.  If not, the buyer/person registering will be liable for any legal and financial damages.
